Restart device

Performing a Restart IS NOT equal to factory reset.

Restart the device, causing it to power cycle, and initiate a new join procedure.

Byte index	Hex value – Meaning
0	A5 – The command code.

Example command: 0xA5

After receiving the Restart command, the device goes to sleep 20 seconds after (thus the command does not take effect immediately).
